Ice Skating Arrival Information

Ahead of your Winter Glow Ice Skating Session this weekend, we wanted to send you some information to make your arrival process as easy as possible!

Where is Winter Glow?
Winter Glow takes place at Three Counties Showground, Malvern. The venue address is Three Counties Showground, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR13 6NW.

Is there parking on site?
Yes, we have plenty of free parking on site. Please park in West Gate car park, follow the signs for the Brown Gate entrance for access. Most of the car park is tarmaced and accessible spaces are available for blue badge holders.

What time should I arrive?
We recommend that for ice skating sessions, you arrive 20-30mins before your session starts to allow you plenty of time to get your skates fitted. E.g. If your session is booked for 3pm, we recommend you arriving at 2:30pm.

What do I do when i arrive?
On arrival, head through the West Gate entrance, and follow the path down to our Port of Entry tent on the right. There you will be greeted by our Stewards, who will scan your ticket and direct you through into our Ice Rink where the fun begins.

Do I need to print out my ticket?
No you do not need to. The Stewards will be able to scan your tickets via the Confirmation Email on your mobile phone.

What should I wear?
Wrap up warm – it is an ice ink after all! We recommend plenty of layers to keep warm, consider bringing hats and gloves also.

Is there food and drink available?
Yes, our Ice Cafe will be open within the Ice Rink, and will be offering a selection of hot drinks, light lunches, sweet treats and mulled wine.

What should I do if I cannot find my Confirmation Email?
If you cannot find your Confirmation Email please just send our elves an email via christmas@winterglow.co.uk and they will be more than happy to send you a new copy.

Winter Glow COVID-19 procedures:
There will be hand sanitiser stations around the Ice Rink for you to use, and skates will be cleaned between sessions. Please do not visit Winter Glow if you suspect that you may have COVID-19. Face masks are not mandatory, but may be worn at the user’s discretion.
