The Winter Glow VIP Area

Our VIP area will be your home for the duration of your visit to Winter Glow. With cosy corners showing Christmas films by the fireplace it is the perfect place to warm up and relax in between getting stuck into your attractions.

Upon arrival, you will be shown to your reserved table by one of our VIP stewards, who will be on hand throughout your day to help with any questions or queries you may have about your experience. You are then welcome to return to your table at any point throughout your day, whether that be a for a bite to eat, hot chocolate (with all the trimmings!) or at the end of your visit when you would just like a moment to relax before heading home.

Parents in need of a breather? We’ve got you covered! While you enjoy a hot tipple, kids can get stuck into the various activities available in our VIP Christmas experience area. Complete Jingle’s Cheeky Challenges activity book for a festive treat at the end of your day, challenge each other with one of our classic board games or simply settle in to enjoy one of the festive films that will be showing all day.

Christmas Experience: The Nice List VIP Package

He’s been making his list, checking it twice…that’s right, you’re on the Nice List! Celebrate Christmas in true festive fashion with our Nice List VIP Experience.

The Nice List Christmas experience VIP Package includes:

Tickets for all 3 of our main attractions (Santa Experience, Ice Skating and Illuminated Light Trail)
Your own reserved table in the VIP area of the cafe overlooking the Ice Rink for the day
Tokens for our festive fairground rides
Stamp card for 3 hot or cold drinks (alcoholic beverages, except mulled wine, are not included)
1 hot meal per person from any of our fantastic Winter Glow food vendors

The Nice List Itinerary

Nice List VIP packages have a start time of either 2pm or 3pm and either a Group A or Group B itinerary as set out below:

2pm (Group A)
2pm – Arrive at Winter Glow VIP area where you will be shown to your reserved table. Take some time to settle in and enjoy a drink before getting stuck into your attractions.

2.40pm – It’s time to meet the man himself! Head down through the barn and across the fairground where you will see the sign for Santa’s Grotto and start your exciting journey through the North Pole.

4pm – It’s time to show off your skating skills! Make your way over to our festive indoor ice rink where one of our skate staff can get you kitted out and ready to tear up the ice.

5pm – Time to cash in those meal tokens for a delicous festive meal from one of our fantastic food traders.

6pm – It’s time to experience the Illuminated light Trail, head down to the trail entrance where our stewards will check you in.

Until 9pm – You are now welcome to head back to your VIP table to enjoy a drink and relax after your day of festivities.

2pm (Group B)
2pm – Arrive at Winter Glow VIP area where you will be shown to your reserved table. Take some time to settle in and enjoy a drink before getting stuck into your attractions.

Our Star VIP Christmas package is the perfect experience for those who want to get stuck into Winter Glow attractions, minus the Personalised Santa Experience.

The Star VIP Experience Package includes:

Your own reserved table in the VIP area of the cafe overlooking the Ice Rink for the day

The Star VIP package has an arrival time of 4pm and itinerary as set out below:

5pm – It’s time to show off your skating skills! Make your way over to our festive indoor ice rink where one of our skate staff can get you kitted out and ready to tear up the ice.

6pm – Fresh from the ice where you will no doubt have worked up a hunger, it’s time to cash in those meal tokens for some delicious festive food from one of our vendors.

7pm – It’s time to experience the Illuminated Light Trail, head down to the trail entrance where our stewards will check you in.

Until 9pm – You are now welcome to head back to your VIP table to enjoy a drink and relax after your day of festivities.

Did you know that Winter Glow isn’t always just for humans? On our dog friendly nights, we will be opening our VIP area to those very important pooches for an evening of festive fun.

Please note that tickets for our VIP Packages are strictly limited. While tickets are available for under 3’s to experience our Personalised Santa Experience and Illuminated Light Trail, unfortunately Under 3’s are not permitted on the ice rink for Health and Safety Reasons.

How to Book your Christmas Experience at Winter Glow

To book your premium Christmas package:

Choose your Christmas experience VIP package from the list above.
Head to our ticketing page and select ‘Book Now’ under VIP Packages 2023.
Select the VIP package of your choice and click ‘Book Now.’
Select your table and then add the number of Adult, Child and Under 3 tickets that you require.
Select the date of your choice (please see the availability calendar to view when our VIP packages are available).
If selecting a ‘Nice List’ package, please choose your arrival time (either 2pm or 3pm).
Go to your basket and select the ‘Checkout’ option.
Fill out your details. If you are visiting Santa, at this point you will be asked to fill out some information about each child (name, age, interests/hobbies/achievements) for our cheeky elves to pass onto him.
Checkout. You will receive a Confirmation Email with your E-ticket which you will need to bring with you on the day. In the meantime, our helpful elves will sort out all of your additional attraction information, which will be given to you on the day.
