Christmas Market – Trader Information

A Brief History

Winter Glow is in it’s fifth full year after running a tester event in 2020 and a full event with 4 attractions in 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024.

2025 sees a further expansion in activities with additional market stall availability, the fairground has partially move indoors, a new UV Glow Crazy Golf attraction, as well as its existing Personalised Father Christmas Experience, Ice Rink and Illuminated Light Trail, making for the ultimate festive experience for families this Christmas.

We welcomed 90,000 people through our doors in 2023 & 2024 and have set a target of 105,000 in 2025 – with over 34 live dates, we do appreciate that this is not a traditional town centre destination, and our stall prices reflect that.

There is already an established Cafe, Food Quarter and Winter Bar.

  • Week 1 – 21st – 23rd November 2025 – £60+ VAT
  • Week 2 – 28th – 30th November 2025 – £80+ VAT
  • Week 3 – 5th – 7th December 2025 – £95+ VAT
  • Week 4 – 12th – 14th December 2025 – £95+ VAT
  • Week 5 – 19th – 21st December 2025 – £95+ VAT
  • Week 6 – 22nd – 24th December 2025 – £60+ VAT
  • Weeks 1 – 6 bundle £400+ VAT

(All prices are exclusive of VAT. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking, with the remaining balance due by Friday 19th September 2025).

Trading Hours

The Christmas Market will be open from 21st November – 24th December, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only (except Christmas week).

Fridays: 3pm* – 9pm (*except on week 5 – 19th December, 10am – 9pm)

Saturdays: 10am – 9pm

Sundays: 10am – 8pm

Christmas week 10am – 9pm (closing at 6pm on Christmas Eve)

What We Provide

The Christmas Market will be located indoors next to our Food Quarter. The Market is also next to an ice rink, so you will need to wrap up warm!

We provide a covered market stall with lighting. 2 x 13 amp sockets are available for £20 per week.

The stall is 3m wide x 2.4m deep and comes with two 6ft x 2.6ft trestle tables that you can use to display your products on. You’re welcome to bring your own tables to use instead if you’d prefer.

There will also be a small welfare area available for traders with a water supply, kettle and microwave. We recommend bringing flasks, tea/coffee and hot water bottles to help keep you warm!
