We are a family run organisation with a modest team of staff. Each of our team are responsible for multiple events and tasks while running our shows, so are unable to monitor all calls between 9-5 everyday.
For 3 months of the year we are based at the Three Counties Show Ground and other remote locations.
We believe that the majority of customer queries can be easily sorted via email especially as we often need to look up data or access our ticketing system. For the occasional times where you need to talk to someone, we will call you back.
Please do not call the show ground directly – they are not affiliated to the event in any way and will not be able to help.
