The elves at Winter Glow are busy sprucing up Santa’s Grotto, checking out the Reindeers Training Academy and counting all the presents in the Elf’s Workshop, ready for the grand opening of the extra special Personalised Santa Experiences in Malvern this Christmas, on 4th December.
Immerse yourself in all things seasonal with a personalised visit for you and your little ones to meet the big man himself, Father Christmas. Your visit will start at the winter Glow Main Station, as you are transported across the centrally located Three Counties Showground, on your way to Santa’s Grotto on the festive land train, the Arctic Express.
Upon arrival at the best place to see Santa, you will be welcomed by a band of happy elves and shown to the toy shop waiting room, while Jingle the Head Elf checks where Santa is! Will he be ready to meet you in his Study or taking a nap? Is he watching TV in his Living Room or tinkering with engines in his treasured Sleigh Room? Listen and wait until you get the green light and follow your personal elf guide to find Santa…ready and waiting to meet you.
As Santa greets you, he will be excited to ask questions and share his secret knowledge about your children to entertain and amaze them. It’s surprising what Santa knows and even parents will be intrigued to find out who’s been bad or good. There are special gifts for all the visiting children and don’t forget to taste one of Mrs Claus’ freshly baked cookies as you leave.
Winter Glow is a festive celebration, which starts in mid-November with the opening of the region’s largest covered Ice Rink, followed by the Illuminated Light Trail, alongside Malvern’s first giant Observation Wheel and finally the Personalised Santa Experiences running throughout December. With a magical mix of festive fun, this new winter wonderland is where memories are made.

Children will be amazed by the intel Santa already has on them, they’ll share a magical chat, pose for a photo and of course will leave with a present for them to open on Christmas Day.”
Make the most of Winter Glow, create new family memories and marvel at the giant wheel, keep a look-out for the Santa’s land train, wander through the stunningly lit trail and don’t forget to take a break to enjoy the ambience, with a seasonal food treat from our refreshed Festive Food Quarter or even a pint or glass of steaming mulled wine. On certain days in the run-up to Christmas, the Ice Rink will host themed party sessions, DJ nights and live musicians.
