Open from the 24th November 2023 – 6th January 2024 with 4 fantastic festive attractions, we welcome kids big and small for the most magical of days out.
Our team of elves have been working extremely hard on plans for the 2023 festive season. All of your favourite attractions will be returning. Including one of the largest indoor Ice Rinks in the West Midlands, much-loved Illuminated Light Trail and of course the chance to meet the man himself with our Personalised Santa Experiences…But that’s not all!

Following on from the success of last year, we would also like to introduce 3 brand new VIP Experiences for those who are looking for the full Winter Glow experience without the hassle of booking multiple attractions. Alongside our popular Nice List and Star VIP experiences, we would like to introduce the Snowflake, Mates and Dates and Santa Paws VIP packages! Each package automatically books your tickets for the attractions included whilst reserving you and your group a table in our VIP area, and that’s not all! Fancy a tasty treat or festive tipple? We’ve got you covered! All of our VIP packages include some fabulous food and drink from our festive food traders – you’ll be spoilt for choice!

Santa Paws
The hard work never stops for us elves here at Winter Glow HQ. It’s been a busy few weeks and preparations for a fantastic festive 2023 season have well and truly begun. We are so excited to bring the festive magic back to the Three Counties Showground and are delighted to announce that this year another of our attractions will be opening its doors to all of your precious pooches for a brand-new experience… Santa Paws!
We know how much you enjoy celebrating the most wonderful time of the year with your four-legged best friends. That’s why our Dog Friendly days are back for 2023 on 11th and 12th December with the opportunity for your pups to meet Santa, explore the Illuminated Light Trail and capture the ultimate Christmas selfies. If these sound paws-itively amazing, why not bundle up with our Santa Paws VIP package! Including both the Santa Paws experience and Illuminated Light Trail, plus a VIP table and some fantastic food and drink for you and a tasty treat for your pooches, this really is a paw-fect day out!
Join the Elf Circus Skills Training Academy!
Our Personalised Santa Experiences will be triumphantly returning for 2023 with a spectacular, updated adventure! Returning this year is the chance to join the mischievous elves on a fantastical journey to the North Pole, explore the Winter Village, visit the old Toyshop, as well as Mrs Claus’ Bakery, traditional Sweet Shoppe and of course have your exclusive meeting with Father Christmas in his grotto.
And just before you thought that it couldn’t get any better, you now have the chance to join the Elf Circus Skills Training Academy! Down in Santa’s Grotto the elves have been busy working on their circus skills, and they’re looking for new recruits. Polish up your circus skills with one of our elf trainers and earn your Circus Academy Badge!
Brand New Festive Fairground Rides!
This year we will be expanding our Festive Fairground with some fantastic new rides to whizz, dart, and bump around on. Returning for this festive season you will be able to race your friends and family on the Dodgems, lose yourself in a festive adventure in the Funhouse and jump around on the bungee trampolines. But brand new for 2023…Fly to new heights on the Swing Carousel and whizz around on the Twister! Try your luck on one of our fairground games and win yourself a festive prize to take home and feel all the nostalgia from the games you’ve always known and loved with an extra festive twist!
